The Sorting editor is available for reports that contain detailed information (Detailed and Summary with Details report types). Use the Group/Scale editor to sort groups.
With a few exceptions like Memo and Blob fields, most databases and all
calculated fields can be used to set up sorting. The number of levels for
sorting is not limited. Drag-and-drop fields from the list on the left Related Sections |

to specify which fields should
be used for sorting. Use the sort direction buttons 
to set the sorting order to be ascending
or descending.
