TextConverter authoring tool lets you configure a data extraction - transformation - loading procedure, test it and save as a project file (filename.converterx) for further use. Configuring of TextConverter project consists of the following steps:

1. Set the Open File As option, then open your input data source file.

2. Make adjustments to the automatic conversion or choose a manual mode.  There are detailed step by step instructions and examples detailing how to make these adjustments. 

3. Set up the data output property: connect to a destination database table or flat file.

4. Save the project and set up any automation for processing additional files.

5. Run the conversion!
