The open/save dialog is used to open or save files. The types of files you would work with differ between different components, but all components have a main project file. You can open an existing project file by clicking the Open button () in the tool bar.  You can then save the project by clicking the Save button (). Use the file tree of the Open/Save Dialog to navigate the folder structure.  The file list shows the content of the currently selected folder. Select a file from the list or enter a file name into the File Name edit box and click "Open" or "Save" to finish.
